3200MHz memory feels excessive compared to what’s available. At least have a 3600MHz when everything else is solid. Regarding the board, the Ultra is just a Pro Wifi with an additional M.2 port; I’d opt for the MSI Ace for a better BIOS setup (you can explore Gigabyte’s BIOS, but MSI already does it well).
