I’m setting up my first PC and here are the details: an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, Gigabyte GTX 1650 Super WindForce OC Edition, C16 RAM at 3200MHz, HP XPS 900 with a 120GB NVMe SSD, an older Seagate 500GB 3.5" HDD from my previous machine, an TP Link T4e Archer Wi-Fi PCIe X1 card (since the board doesn’t have built-in Wi-Fi), an Ant Esports Ice 511-M, and five 120mm addressable RGB fans that sync with the motherboard via included controller. The case layout will feature swapping the four pre-installed fans for the five new ones, placing three on the front intake and two at the rear exhaust.

The main challenge is choosing a motherboard. I was considering the ASRock B450 Steel Legend, which supports 5V 3-pin ARGB headers—essential for syncing fan LEDs—but reviews of its ARGB software (like AsRock Polychrome Sync) were unsatisfactory. Many users reported crashes and poor thermal performance. I’m looking for reliable RGB support without the reliability issues, ideally within a budget of around $182 (about ₹13,000).
