Hey there! What’s on your mind about budget-friendly Steam titles? I’m not just after the classic triple-A hits, but also some indie gems that still deliver. If you’re open to older triple-A games, they can count too if they’re exceptional. So far I’ve enjoyed The Stanley Parable and Papers Please—what about you?

Garry's Mod is definitely there, and even though TF2 is free, it remains one of my top picks.
I’d go all in, but I’m not super familiar with reaching out to the developers about problems... here’s what I like: - anno 1404: around €7, you can play for weeks on one save. - besiege: €8, they sell a lot so it’s cheap, and it’s fun. - electronic super joy: I picked it up for college boredom, I’ve spent a lot of time on it (still not done with the first few levels of world 2). - Gmod: I’ve got 136 hours on Steam, which explains why it’s on my budget list. (playtime per euro) - tis-100 is cool if you’re into coding. - banished: a bit pricey at €19, but there’s plenty of time and official mod support.

Ori and the Blind Forest is the indie GOTY of this year IMO . It's just...so great. Oddworld New'n'Tasty , I'm a big fan of Oddworld. This game brought back memories, and it's still a very good and refreshing platformer compared to others. Guacamelee Dust an Elysian Tail was amazing. I really loved that game, even more amazing is that 1 single person developed it in the entirety. Continue?9876543210 was a very interesting game I've played recently. Definitely great concept.
