The system won't care about being on 24/7, it doesn't really matter. The CPU will reach its maximum temperature quickly once under load. Unless your space lacks proper airflow and gets hot enough to become dangerous, you're safe. The standard CPU with a 3600 MHz clock speed works just fine. You don't need an aftermarket cooler unless you're pushing it beyond normal limits.

It's not just about boosting performance, but using normal CPU settings that actually keeps temperatures down. With higher voltages like 1.2V, I reached speeds above 4GHz while staying cooler than the default configuration. At 1.4V it was even more efficient.
