Yes, the brocade icx 6610 can handle this, though it might be a bit expensive. Even if not every client uses 10G, there will still be a faster system available, allowing you to use multiple systems simultaneously. The Aruba S2500 works well for me.

The required license is "ICX6610-10G-LIC-POD," and each unit upgrades four ports. When acquiring used units, the license could be present or absent depending on prior application.
