Consider purchasing DMC 4 SE for an exceptional experience overall, with only minor drawbacks in graphics. I believe most Bioshock titles are priced below $30.

I love this series and still own my whole PS2 collection, including the legendary DMC titles. Among them, 1, 3, DMC GET REKTTT is the one I have on Steam, though I never finished it because I got bored. I’ll get to finishing it soon and improve the graphics. With DMC you don’t need any upgrades—it’s stunning, especially with the Unreal 3 engine. +10 for Bioshock games are all amazing!

I'm also a fan, DMC3 is my top choice ever, no doubt. My issue with DmC isn't about Dante, which is what most people complain about—this game is solid. It offers more depth than usual DMC titles, which I appreciate. Still, it had far more promise. By any measure, it was incredibly easy. I wouldn't even compare it to the original DMC3. DMC4 develops gradually; yes, Nero has a quirky 2D vibe and can be frustrating at first, but once you switch to Dante, the game really improves and becomes much more enjoyable. I'd recommend giving it a shot and completing it.

I tackled the hardest difficulty setting and had to complete a full run-through to access the tougher levels. I faced more problems with regular enemies than bosses, but newcomers will find DmC to be quite engaging. Overall, it's a great game regardless of perspective.

I think DMC4 stands out as a better game. It’s definitely enjoyable and quite intense if you understand what I mean. Just a heads-up about the boss fight (spoiler alert!), it’s exactly how a genuine DMC boss should be tackled—no dodging, just relentless attacks. I’m really skilled at the game, but honestly...
