Hello, I came here seeking for the endless knowledge of the LLT comunity This wednesday I'm gonna take my Gamecube USB controller adaptor to the univerisity, so we can play some games while we wait for the result of our finals. However, on those computers we don't have access to the administrator account, and almost every setting from the control panel has been blocked. This GC controller adaptor needs to be calibrated before use, and since the default USB gamepad utility has been blocked, is there any other alternative way (software/program) to calibrate them?

I own the "Mayflash Gamecube Controller Aspter for Wii U & PC USB" – four ports, plug-and-play ready. I’ve installed the drivers on my PC and now enjoy the rumble effect, though it still requires calibration. For more info, check out the product page at http://www.mayflash.com/products/nintendowiiu/w012.html

I believe vJoy functions like a Windows Gamepad tool. Give it a try!

I attempted it. There was too many devices installed, I'm not sure the computers will appreciate it.
