I previously had a Windows 7 repair utility stored on a USB drive, which I downloaded directly from the Microsoft website. After some time, I haven’t used it much and might have forgotten certain details. I’m trying to locate a Windows 10 repair or recovery solution but haven’t found it online. Could you help me find the right path?

If Windows functions correctly, I should be able to utilize it... But once it begins loading, it essentially freezes.

It seems you're considering a full system reinstall.

If this is a hard lock, then it's likely a hardware, not software issue. One way to easily test, is boot from a LiveUSB install of Linux Mint, if it behaves fine, then you have a very badly corrupted Windows OS, if it locks up too, then you have bad hardware somewhere
