I handle IP camera systems and want to verify whether your local network can handle multiple cameras simultaneously. I need to check if performance issues or lag are coming from the network itself, not just the cameras. What’s the most effective method for this without using large packets?

They don’t support IPerf3, so what kind of IP camera are you using? Look into the camera settings if you notice frame drops.

He aims to evaluate the network directly, not the cameras. Should the network function well, the issue probably resides with the camera or the media/host it connects to.

Move a massive file quickly across the system? Unless those cameras are exceptional or the connection is poor, the problem is likely elsewhere.

On the other side of the globe, managing the network is challenging due to limited remote client access; he has no prior knowledge, and I'm experiencing about half of the UDP packets being lost.

He has a switch that often loses many packets, even basic ones. It might be worth considering a replacement.
