It's a simple USB LED strip attached to my monitor. The bright sunlight is making my eyes uncomfortable, but I prefer not to constantly move it away from my computer.
I purchased something from the nearby electronics shop. It looks like a generic item produced in China.
I connect a USB hub to my desk and simply remove it when I'm not using it.
