The Tomahawk Max B450 lacks ARGB headers but features two 4-pin RGB connectors and four 4-pin system fan headers. Are there any RGB AIO coolers compatible with this board? Currently, my setup uses a Fractal Design meshify type C with a Ryzen 7 3700X, Wraith Prism cooler, and two stock 120mm fans. The CPU temperature stays between 40-60°C, though it spikes to around 65°C. I was expecting an RGB cooler but found no ARGB support. Could using one of the motherboard USB ports provide ARGB functionality?

You receive exactly what the board provides, nothing more. Skip the unnecessary details. Investing in an AIO isn't worth it—opt for an RGB controller instead.
