When I save or install a game, it impacts my performance in the game and why I can't use both at once. Your setup includes an R5 3600, AMD RX 580, Nitro B450M, and a Gigabyte HDD with Teamgroup GX1 SSD running Windows.

Downloading will generate significant disk I/O. Doing this on the same drive as your game can lead to problems (it looks like you have games on an HDD – not ideal). Installing a game increases both disk and CPU usage due to unpacking compressed files. For optimal performance, consider using an SSD instead of an HDD.
