It's possible you're missing other startup files. Checking the OpenIV folder for related assets or using a different method might help locate them.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot—I still have some questions. It might be related to the R* logo.bik file. Checking the video shows the EULA information remains intact from the beginning.

I think I've found it, but it's still encrypted and the file does more than just the start up I think I've deleted it, it removes the Legal information at the start however it doesn't speed up the boot time at all, it's probably coded else where to wait for the legal information to go.
