I don't want to risk damaging my PC and only overclock when playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
I'm using NVIDIA Inspector 1.9.7.3.
This is my setup:
PC Details:

I see it's looking poor, but I added the following graphics card:
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 750 TI SC -
[Click here]
I also upgraded to Windows 10 Pro! Are there any particular methods to boost frames per second during overclocking?

A few Athlon x4 models would perform significantly better than any upgrade possible with the current components.
