Hello, welcome! I'm just getting started with PC builds. It seems you installed Windows 10 and chose a 256GB SSD instead of the disc. Now you're seeing only 256GB available. You can try increasing the drive size by selecting the larger partition or using a tool like Disk Management to expand the drive. Let me know if you need more help!

I’d start by checking Disk Manager to find any free, unformatted space on the drive. If available, I could create a new volume to split it. Otherwise, the best solution seems to be reinstalling Windows and choosing the drive without setting its partition size below the maximum.

You might consider making a fresh partition using Disk Manager, though this will distribute your files and free space across both drives. It’s manageable, but it can become cumbersome. The quickest solution is to reinstall Windows, particularly if you haven’t used it recently. Wipe all partitions, then choose the unused area and let the installer form the largest possible drive. Tools like GParted can help expand an existing Windows partition into the leftover space, but this process requires more time and expertise, especially for beginners.

Using tools like AOMEI Partition Assistant allows you to form a partition from leftover space. Once created, you can combine the partitions into a single unit, utilizing the full capacity of the drive.
