Hey everyone. Just saw the temperature is way too high in this program... probably measures VRM temp? Could be a wrong setting, though. I'm using Rampage V Extreme.

Varies based on the motherboard maker's specifications for TEMPIN5. Request more clear guidance from the manual. Checked the first result on Google: a discussion about a fake temperature sensor linked to the latest post.

I checked the info online, and it looks like there might be some misleading data about your VRM temperature. Could you share the specific program details or settings you're using? That way I can help you find the accurate temperature range.

I understand, that's what bothers me. I should have expressed my apology more clearly.

We also hear this from another perspective, which adds more confusion. Shouldn’t they simply turn off the unnecessary sensors to prevent being misled by extreme temperatures?

HWinfo might not be available; check Asus' own tools for VRM temperature readings. The addition to older boards is still pending, so results may vary.

It doesn't seem like four years is enough time for a board to become outdated, especially with this being an Extreme edition.

These tools aren't verified (meaning they aren't provided by the board suppliers either)
