The issue seems unrelated to Windows 11. You're trying to test software interaction with both firmware and hardware TPM modules on an MSI x570 board. The lack of boot after installation and normal booting afterward suggests a configuration or compatibility problem rather than Secure Boot specifically.

Verify the manufacturer's page? Your x570 board is already set to work with Windows 11.

If there’s no output (no info on the screen or connectivity issues), the likely reasons are either incompatibility or a malfunction. It might also depend on having the correct bios version installed.
