Uninstalling unused programs doesn’t always delete every file. I discovered Revo Uninstaller, which effectively removes everything tied to the software. It offers a free version—worth checking out. Hope it had been available when I was clearing out Nortons.

I tried it... in short, I had to reinstall and begin anew with Windows 7. A positive feeling but a frustrating experience. Won't use that app again. Interesting. Appreciate the help. Usually rely on CCleaner for other tasks. I’ll keep that in mind moving forward. Thanks.
