I intend to use the system mainly for gaming on a 1920x1080 display. A slight upgrade might be worth considering. Any suggestions for improvements are appreciated.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
You might consider a DDR5-6200MHz dual channel RAM kit.
I suggested this to a friend who was constructing a nearly identical setup and hasn't encountered any issues so far—he's been using it for two months now.
Your remaining build appears to be on track.
The only change I could recommend is to spend a bit more and obtain the 7900gre. It's not my intention to undermine my current setup with a 6800xt, which is essentially an older model of the 7800xt and still performs well, matching it closely. However, the 7900gre costs around 15-20 dollars extra and offers better speed. I think it would be wise to go for that instead.
