I've developed a bit of affection for Windows 10, but lately things have been quite bothersome. I'm not sure the best course of action is clear. First, whenever I power on my PC after logging in, I consistently receive an error—probably linked to the NVIDIA drivers. I can't resolve the driver problem because even after a clean install, they won't load properly; the progress bar just halts. The more troubling part is updating: I'm encountering issues every time. Recently, while trying to download phone drivers, Windows kept refusing and displayed Error 0x800705b3. I had to visit Samsung's site to get the drivers directly. Now I'm facing the same problem with Logitech drivers, which makes me worry about ongoing trouble with updates and drivers. I have a month before upgrading back to 8.1, but I don't want to do that yet. Since I upgraded to 10, I was wondering if others who did the same are also experiencing these problems—or if those who performed a clean install are still facing them. If a clean install is the solution, is there a way to revert it after upgrading? My main concern is finding a way to fix this without spending hours reinstalling everything and resetting my settings.

Hey there! I faced the same issue too, but I went back to Win8.1. It seems the Gigabyte software wasn't current, which triggered those error messages. I'm planning to wait for the latest updates before switching back to Win10!

Upgrading allows for a fresh start anytime, and you won’t even require a key—it’s incredible. I suggest performing a clean install, as most problems stem from messy upgrades.

Be cautious about assuming upgrades are always perfect. When switching to Windows 10, it's wise to save your data and begin anew to prevent unexpected issues.

I'll give it a shot, busy fixing my mom's PC. Viruses are really annoying.

Sure thing, I'll hold off until Gigabyte's app center receives Win10 support.

You just completed the fresh setup and reinstalled everything you used before. Everything is running smoothly with no errors, and updates are now processing correctly.
