So I have some concerns about my ability to overclock using a stress test in prime95 around 65-70 degrees. Is that okay? I own a Hyper 212 EVO cooler and an i5-4690k, so I'm curious how much overclocking is possible with those components. Are these temperatures within the acceptable range? What methods could I use to reduce them during the stress test? My setup includes an i5-4960k, MSI Z97 Krait motherboard, GTX 770, two case coolers (one front, one back).

These temperatures are typical for your configuration, and the 212 won't result in significant scaling.
