Retrieve Bukkit and download permission plugins along with additional ones you might need. I don’t recall their names because it’s been three years since I owned the server.

The game relies on the usual Minecraft client for basic functionality. Bukkit builds on top of this standard setup, enhancing or extending its features without requiring a complete overhaul. It works alongside your existing software rather than replacing it.

The server is meant for public or private use. If you plan to share it publicly, consider using Bukkit/Spigot for better security. For personal play with friends, a whitelist is recommended.

You may need to adjust the format of the whitelist settings. Check the specific requirements or instructions provided by the system for loading it correctly.
