Back then, when I was younger (8-12 years old), I often stayed up late like it wasn’t a big deal. I could stay past 11 without losing my mind. School closures happened because of rumors about a mass shooting, and I just wanted to keep going later than usual. Any advice?

You prefer staying awake because maintaining brightness and consuming energy sources helps sustain your focus and performance.

I prefer staying awake since I hardly ever play games, and I’m always looking after my little brother, which limits how much time I can spend gaming at night. My only available time is during the evenings.

Don't let your eyes close. The second I lie down is when I realize I won’t be able to get back up. If I just face it, I can stay awake for 36 hours—though I don’t push past that since sleep loss becomes a serious issue around 40 hours without rest.

The question asks about energy that is both enjoyable to taste and invigorating.
