felt really off when I switched to CS Go, just jumped straight to Comp because I wasn’t sure. this place isn’t my vibe. i always score a 25/10 after every match and my teammates are just pretty stiff. but sometimes i meet great people. i’m not really comfortable talking to anyone here since i don’t like chatting much. though, i’m quick at typing—any advice would be great!

Microphone every match. It's essentially a free wallhack for your teammates when used properly.

The optimal approach is to assemble a group of individuals at your skill level and employ voice communication.

Find someone with similar abilities and both of you practice some tricks and tips. Use a microphone and edit: Oh and one more thing, please use a mic

Get comfortable with your crosshair at eye level and learn to use smokes and flashes. Be patient, don’t complain, and get upset if someone is smurfing—you won’t improve by beating silvers all day. Find friends to play with and pay attention to people scouting or dropping the bomb, picking up weapons, footsteps, etc. Use a mic only when you’re sure it’s 100% true—like if you see four long, then say “4 long” and always follow up with a DM.

I began in Silver 2, really immersed myself in the community, and played a lot—then things just kept improving. Check out YouTube channels like WarOwl and Twitch streams from pros; you'll start to understand. By the way, I'm currently a DMG.

So much this, you can literally throw the game with a dumb call.

You and your friend can help you if you're aiming for higher ranks. We can play a game together and guide you on what to do and what mistakes to avoid. Don't expect perfect results since the goal is to progress. Check out these videos: I mentioned some, but you can visit that YouTube channel. He has a series called "matchmaking academy" where he demonstrates matches, lets you replay them, and gives feedback on what went well and what needs improvement.

Avoid watching the Warowl adren, steel, csgoprotips videos. Check the suggested channels for more content.

getting out of silver hell is tough, but you're still making it through 33 wins. You're playing at higher levels and landing MVPs like S3, S4, SE, GN2.
