Hey networking experts, I’m seeking some guidance on my home network configuration. Right now I’m using an Asus DSL-N14U modem/router set to bridge mode, while a D-Link AC1200 handles the rest of my devices. I’m considering switching to access point mode on the D-Link so it manages DHCP and other tasks, but I’m curious about potential drawbacks. I often experience connectivity issues when accessing websites, unsure if it’s my setup or my ISP that’s causing the problems. I’ve heard about enabling access point mode for better performance. Any thoughts or recommendations would be really helpful!

Install the Xiaomi Mi Router 3G, apply OpenWRT or Padavan (Linaro), and it works well at 1100 MHz.
