In short, when the router is off, turning it on restores normal LED behavior, but the network icon shows a yellow status and doesn’t receive an IP address—it’s stuck in identification mode. Disabling the firewall and using the automatic fix should give you an IP. This issue persists even after updating to Tinywall 3.0.
