I made a small scratch on the corner of the APU while working with it. I haven’t taken any photos before reattaching the heat sink, and I’m not willing to disassemble it again. I’m expecting a replacement power supply to arrive soon since the current one is broken, so I can’t test it now. Can it still start up?

When it's not too deep, it should be okay—likely working perfectly or not at all.

It functions properly! The power supply arrived, and I connected it in. It started up without any problems. I haven't performed a stress test yet, but I'm confident it will work well.
