Your startup time is consistently 9.4 seconds or 6.7 seconds in the taskbar. It never varies, so it’s likely a fixed value from your system settings or software.
My previous measurement was 8.1 seconds; based on what I know, it usually lasts longer—around 15 seconds.
I question it, it doesn't appear in Task Manager from what I understand. It seems to exist but isn't worth the time, as noted by Edited October 16, 2015 by AresKrieger.
It's more difficult to reach, but you can search online or watch videos. I came across it out of curiosity too. My Win 7 reading time was about 23 seconds.
