Hello, here are your system details:
PSU Corsair CX750
Motherboard MBIOS B450 Tomahawk Max
RAM 4x8 DDR4 GSKILL Tridentz 3600MHz CAS18
CPU AMD Ryzen 3600X
GPU Sapphire 5700X Nitro+
Your setup runs stable with 4x8 modules at 3600MHz and XMP enabled. Would it be feasible to lower the CAS latency to 16 or 17 and improve timing further at the same frequency? Also, what additional adjustments might be needed?

I plan to use the calculator, but I'm unsure if it's beneficial overall or if it might strain the memory controller excessively.

If it works then no problem, I'm doing similar thing with my Kingston RAM. XMP for 3600MHz says it should be Cl18 but I managed to set it to Cl16 which improved performance quite a bit. Ryzen likes fast RAM and low Cl as well as dual channel.
