I wasn't sure which part of the forum to submit this to. I understand Thunderbolt has some DMA security concerns, and Apple seems to have recently fixed that issue in OSX. Are there any comparable solutions for Windows users with Thunderbolt? Also, you're considering using an external SSD and want to avoid security problems. Please let me know!

Windows 8.1 and newer versions address the majority of DMA problems on different system buses. This update primarily targets bootup security concerns.
