Hello! Your new AMD Ryzen 9 5900x is running smoothly on your ASUS TUF gaming B-450 Plus motherboard, and the fans are indeed spinning at full speed when you boot up. It’s possible the cooler is functioning properly. Other factors that could affect performance include airflow design, case quality, or even software settings.

The Spire cooler can't manage a 5900X, it's designed for a 150-200W CPU and a 65W unit. Running it at base clock might work, but performance will be much lower than with a suitable cooler. Invest in the $40 upgrade, such as a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, for better results.

Thank you for informing me. I opted for the Noctua D-15 cooler, which is a bit more expensive, but it will maintain the temperature effectively.
