Throttling on Ryzen 7 2700X?
Your Ryzen 7 2700X is showing poor performance on tests and even in basic games, especially WoW. On medium settings it behaves like a slideshow. Considering temperature reduction as a cause isn't the best approach since it doesn't reveal actual running temperatures. Use HWinfo to monitor temperatures and performance under benchmark (cinebench R20) and gaming conditions. Also check your graphics card temperatures. In any case, Userbenchmark isn't the most reliable tool for assessing system performance or diagnosing issues.
