Your Ryzen 7 2700X is showing poor performance on tests and even in basic games, especially WoW. On medium settings it behaves like a slideshow. Others with similar setups are achieving higher frame rates. I doubted cooling was the problem since temps were normal, but it seems throttling might be happening. You're using Thermalright Macho Direct. Could this be causing the slowdown? Upgrading your CPU cooler could help. Thanks!

Considering temperature reduction as a cause isn't the best approach since it doesn't reveal actual running temperatures. Use HWinfo to monitor temperatures and performance under benchmark (cinebench R20) and gaming conditions. Also check your graphics card temperatures. In any case, Userbenchmark isn't the most reliable tool for assessing system performance or diagnosing issues.
