I purchased an MSI desktop during a shortage since it was the only option available. It comes with an i7-11700 and a 3070 processor, but it keeps throttling due to power limits. The temperatures remain acceptable, reaching around mid-70s under full load. I suspect the power supply might be only 400W. This throttling seems normal, though it could be related to the power supply or another factor. Your update about the motherboard being an MSI MPG B560I Gaming Edge Wifi is helpful. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
