12th Gen i7 with 64GB DDR5 RAM, 4800 MHz clock, RTX 3060, 6 GB DDR6 memory, latest BIOS from this year. I adjusted the voltage to improve cooling and performance using ThrottleStop. Despite checking advanced settings, there’s no option for XTU or manual undervolting. I’ve watched many tutorials but haven’t found a way to unlock adjustable voltage. It seems the current MSI BIOS doesn’t support undervolting.

@Joe Bauers Inquire about the CPU model. Intel has turned off software undervolting for the 12th Gen mobile H series. ThrottleStop will display Not Available in the FIVR window.

It's the H Series now, which means I don't have to tweak the bios for extra speed. I aimed to prevent overheating and keep fans running at full capacity when rendering isn't effective. They're also very noisy. The FIVR window doesn't show an issue here, but the check mark can't be chosen.
