For Windows 11, turn off VBS to allow Throttlestop direct hardware access. Otherwise, the BIOS might prevent FIVR from working.

The BIOS might block you from adjusting those options. You probably don’t need any programs to resolve this. It only addresses the immediate issue, not the root cause.
