I just watched that video and recalled what one of my peers said about threadripper in an ITX. They mentioned thermal throttling, losing lanes, and how a H210 can get hot. My 3D modeling/rendering system could have finished tasks in an hour instead of three, and I might have run threadripper if I hadn’t been limited to a 3950x. It seems possible to use threadripper in smaller systems.

There doesn’t seem to be any known discussion about breaking threads on itx systems. The main concern appears to be the socket size, which leaves limited space for RAM, VRMs, and I/O. A 3950x should work well in an itx setup, as they typically generate minimal heat.

No compatible motherboards exist due to insufficient room for essential parts like the chipset and power system. Despite this, people often imagine possibilities.

Lol, I just found out—if I kept trading stocks, I wouldn’t have had any issues. Now I just have to accept my 3700x.

Your board should work with 4xxx chips, and it's always a good idea to upgrade to the latest generation for a noticeable performance improvement.

Just hoping for a 16-core chip similar to the 3950x. It’s taking three hours for my 3D model rendering because of all the intricate details and textures. I wonder how quickly my school assignments would have been completed if I had that processor. I miss a lot of anime since the work keeps my CPU busy. Edited July 18, 2020 by StrawberryShortCakes

Current tools being utilized include GPU rendering, which could offer significant speed improvements. Background regeneration should not interfere with video playback; adjust CPU priority if needed.

It's a software our school purchased from Comtech. (not well optimized) I've found CrunchyRoll takes a long time to launch, so I stopped trying.
