I'm looking to purchase these components: a Threadripper 3960x, an Asus Prime TRX40 Pro, and a Noctua U14S. I want to know if this setup can keep the 280W CPU running smoothly without throttling. Also, I need to confirm if TMP2.0 is available for it. For security, I require Secure Boot to enable Windows 11 installation and play Valorant. I also want to verify if the CPU meets Microsoft's supported list for Windows 11. Finally, I'm curious whether this configuration will provide decent FPS in the game.

I meant to clarify something about the rendering process. Most 3D work is handled on the GPU, especially with high-end cards like the RTX 2060, which is significantly faster than this chip. The game will run smoothly at around 2700x, and you can find more details on the AMD website.
