I'm assessing Intel's DG1 graphics cards for video conversion tasks. They compare their strengths against products from Nvidia and AMD. These cards were discovered in existing systems, though they weren't officially announced. I have four units ready for evaluation. The main points are: support for Coffee Lake (and possibly Comet Lake) processors, B460, H410, B365, and H310C chipsets, but some boards need specific BIOS/UEFI updates. My setup includes a selection of Coffee Lake chips, an i7-8700K, and several i5-8600 models. I don't have any 9xx series chips. Would any of the 8xx processors be compatible with DG1? I'm looking for a suitable motherboard to test compatibility. Expert advice would be greatly appreciated!
