It's frustrating to use. However, once you're inside the game, it feels just like playing on Steam, apart from the extra visual layer.
I have an AC4 but I really dislike it because I don’t want to play it for that reason.
I support a free marketplace, but pushing something that doesn’t work well is problematic. It feels sluggish and chaotic, lacking structure. Steam is thoughtfully built and they’ve mastered how to create and profit from it. Ubisoft isn’t willing to pay the 5% fee, so they opted for a rough product that’s playable, while EA struggles with Origin and browser-based launches. When users say it’s bad, focus on improving what doesn’t work.
