They’re going to be quite similar. Neither stands out much, but it should cover the requirements. The VCore VRM looks fairly consistent, though the SOC VRM (powering the memory controller and iGPU) differs between a 2-phase (V2) and a 3-phase (V1). The design in the 2-phase version is superior, so overall quality is comparable. I’d just opt for the cheaper option. For iGPU tasks, you won’t feel a difference between them. Also, the components you highlighted are the MOSFETs, and the values being tracked are the inductors. The V2 includes two high-side and two low-side MOSFETs, whereas the V1 has one high-side and two low-side ones.
