This year, I played the most games of all time.
This year, I played the most games of all time.
The list I've compiled is roughly ordered from most to least played.
This year, I stayed mostly the same except for a few casual Fortnite sessions to explore the Battle Royale format.
Top picks: Planetside 2, Minecraft, Rocket League, Old-School Runescape, World of Tanks, Fortnite, Divinity Original Sin II.
This year has been largely focused on Black Ops 4, making it a disappointing time for other games, particularly on PC.
1) Rainbow Six Siege
2) Battlefield 1
3) Frostpunk
4) Battlefield 5
5) Dishonored series
Guild Wars 2 caught my attention around February, and that experience grew quickly. In the summer, I enjoyed early mornings from 4 to 5 AM playing Fable before work. Forza Horizon 3 was my default choice until autumn, while Minecraft has been back in the spotlight again with a new Realm update. The clear winner is definitely Guild Wars 2, truly impressive how much it delivers. There might have been other games with more time investment, but if I can't remember them they likely weren't especially great and I shouldn't include them.
