The label clearly indicates its purpose: "Speaker." It's the small device that produces the beep when the system powers on. You don't need to worry about taking it off unless you're certain your PC functions properly.

You might choose to substitute it with another voice, such as if your situation includes one. Still, it's not harmful to leave it blank. However, if your computer encounters problems later, having it saved could help with diagnostics when required.
