Hello, I'm trying to understand this icon in Windows 7. It popped up after a fresh installation in the Task Bar, and we're facing some issues with OS setup. Could anyone clarify what this symbol represents? Thanks!

It seems the topic relates to display settings.

Could you try clicking it directly? It might be affected by the current screen resolution.

took longer to boot the dang box than to find it, but here's a low res equivalent, from a dutch windows 7 box: (thats "screen resolution" by the way) EDIT: and here's the full one from control panel, that's probably where it's pointing:

We managed to fix the issue... It seems Windows 7 didn't install correctly and swapped several icons (as shown in the photo). The icon labeled "Windows Media Player" was assigned to the media player, the left explorer icon represents Internet Explorer, and the middle one is for Windows Explorer. We plan to reinstall it again, but we appreciate all the help! Have a great day =) --Alex

Windows definitely caused some chaos; I've never encountered anything like it before.
