Hello, I see you're facing issues installing Ventura on your unsupported Mac with OpenCore Legacy. This might be due to compatibility problems—consider checking the latest macOS updates for your system or trying a different installer that supports older Macs. If needed, consult the OpenCore documentation for troubleshooting steps.

It's a MacMini 3.1 from early 2009, purchased for 15€ at a flea market. I added an SSD, and it starts up correctly into El Capitan (the final version). However, because it's quite old, it can't install new software.

I managed it this evening. On the fourth try I discovered the trick—deleting the disk before starting the MacOS install and anticipating several reboots. Each time I’d see endless loading bars with no clear explanation. The OpenCore Legacy Patcher guide seems to skip some key steps, which might be obvious for someone used to doing this often. For me, this is my first Mac. The "About This Mac" window is so strange; how do they even have the right image? Amazing!
