there are restrictions for SAM in some systems. your setup shows mixed compatibility signals—win 11 reports a "no" in the resizable bar, and the BIOS mentions re-size is disabled. the AMD software flags an unsupported feature under Smart technology. whether this matters depends on your needs; it might affect performance or features you rely on, so consider it if stability is important.
In certain games, this feature plays a significant role. It's unclear why it's marked unavailable—something seems off, but the system is well-supported. Keep an eye on... AMD software? Your 3080 might be for the iGPU you don’t use much. Use Nvidia Control Panel or GPU-Z for details.
Your card from before March 2021 didn’t include rebar or SAM by default. Nvidia later added support through a firmware update, which you can obtain from AIB’s site. The instructions are detailed on their page: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/new...r-support/. Be aware there’s some risk involved—similar to flashing BIOS, power loss or errors can render your card unusable. If your card lacks dual BIOS support, rebar is probably not a priority for you.
