New setup ready but not posting yet. Power reaches the board; all CPUs and fans spin. No beeps. GPU fans don’t start up, but they ‘twitch’ when power first comes on. CPU specs: 7800x3d (Cooler is Peerless Assassin, paste applied). Board: Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 PSU: ASUS TUF Gaming 750W 80 Plus Gold Drive: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD GPU: PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE installation: M.2 drive in M2A slot. RAM installed on A2 and B2. PSU connects via ATX 24-pin to board, ATX_12V 8-pin to board. CPU fan linked to CPU_Fan. Case fans go to SYS_FAN1 & SYS_FAN2. Two PCIe 6+2 ports on GPU for each 8-pin slot. Front USB3 to F_U320G and F_U32. Power switch works on F_Panel. Front audio to F_AUDIO. I’ve tried every RAM stick one at a time in A2/B2 slots. Used 7900gre without GPU, testing CPU-only mode. Observations: System won’t post. No beeps. No image appears via GPU or iGPU (HDMI to card then board). RAM changes don’t help. I’ve seen red DRAM lights on motherboard when GPU is in, and vice versa. What should I do next? I’m out of spare parts except an old PSU and a dated graphics card (EVGA 960). Thanks ahead!

I attempted to update the BIOS, but it didn’t work. It turns out the issue is with a particular USB port I need to use. I’ll try using that port this evening, thank you!

I had to reprogram the BIOS multiple times—first two attempts worked with quick blinks, then slow ones, but the system wouldn’t restart. On the third try, it finally engaged and booted into BIOS. Thank you for your assistance!
