Hi, your HP Pro is not starting today. It usually boots but shows an odd network screen instead of Windows 10. Make sure the boot option is turned off in the basic HP BIOS. This might cause occasional startup problems. Once disabled, it worked properly. It seems it could function as a server.

It appears the boot sequence was altered, causing it to attempt a network start instead of accessing the storage device.

Sure, that makes sense. I turned off network boot and haven't had any issues since then.
