Hey, I received a new motherboard/CPU/RAM setup. The Asus TUF Gaming B650-PLUS Ryzen 5 7600X came with 2x16GB Kingston ValueRAM KVR48U40BS8K2-32. After installation, I noticed LED warnings on the motherboard and it didn’t boot into BIOS. The video display showed the LEDs lighting up for a moment, then VGA stayed active for 20 seconds before the system restarted completely. No output appeared on my screen. I rechecked everything—replaced CPU, RAM, GPU—and even removed the CMOS, turned off power, waited a bit. I also tried using the CMOS from my previous motherboard and ran it without the GPU, using the integrated graphics. Still no success. This setup was previously working with an Asus GTX 1080, Corsair H100i AIO, and CX650M. My old CPU was an i7 3960X, and I used an ASUS P9X79 Pro with 24GB DDR3. Any advice or help would be really appreciated.
