Coolmax PSU.. do you want to have some guys house burn down? There is a stock cooler, and it's probably better than that cooler. 6100 is overpriced

The model isn't called "GTX 1030," it's the GT 1030.

They are different versions or forms of something. Let me clarify the distinctions for you.

I believe the list is still quite poor. A CPU decision that doesn’t add value (G4560 is more affordable and effective). A fire risk PSU, an odd cooler with no purpose, a particular low-profile GPU that seems unnecessary, and an HDD option that offers little benefit due to its poor storage efficiency.

Do you think there will be a noticeable difference in performance between these two options?

The variation between the two cards is just 0.03 MHz on the boost clock. From my perspective, that's almost insignificant, so the choice depends entirely on personal preference.

They're essentially identical though, just various brands of GPU, motherboard, and hard drive.

Choose the more affordable option and save $0.79. Use the saved amount to purchase some bubblegum. However, you'd typically receive 1x8GB RAM instead of 2x4, giving you more room for future upgrades.
