Emphasizing this point strongly—my 5950X reaches 4.4Ghz on AVX, then jumps to 4.7Ghz when running Starfield. Synthetic tests are helpful for reference, but they don’t accurately reflect actual performance.

Sure, I can help with that. Just let me know if you'd like to verify your clocks through HWInfo instead of the extra software.

It's mentioned in HWINFO that all cores are approximately 4.4

I notice you're checking if the MSI B650M-A supports Curve Optimizer. Your 7800X3D clock speed is quite fast for that board.

I utilize the curve optimizer with a value of -25 across all cores, except core 5 which becomes unstable below -15. In Cinebench R23.5 I consistently achieve around 4850mhz, yielding a score of approximately 18300—slightly above standard and within a reasonable range for a 7800X3D.

You're experiencing persistent issues with your setup. Despite upgrading components, games still lag and stutter. It might help to check drivers, ensure all updates are applied, and verify system compatibility. Consider running a system diagnostics or seeking community support for further troubleshooting. Games like Call of Duty and Escape from Tarkov may be particularly affected by these settings.

I used Windows 10, upgraded after an issue, then switched to 11 due to problems. For CPU-intensive games like Escape from Tarkov, I’m planning a GPU upgrade if needed. I’ve already spent about 11 hours on Sunday trying to fix it. If anyone has tips, please share them below.

He resolved the problem, the BIOS patch solved all my issues with the B650 Riptide—not just the new driver but the one that fixed the 7000 3D problems.

You only have a basic motherboard and don’t expect much performance from it. You’re unsure why you were advised to get an A620 motherboard paired with the 7800X3D.
